Melissa joined Sekella Law in May of 2023. Prior to joining Sekella Law, Melissa practiced criminal law, where she obtained extensive jury trial, bench trial and litigation experience both as a prosecutor and a criminal defense attorney. Melissa's empathy and passionate, tenacious advocacy as well as practical, direct approach contribute to her successful assistance of clients. Melissa graduated cum laude from Syracuse University College of Law and received her BA from Wellesley College. In her spare time, Melissa likes to spend time with her family and enjoys reading, hiking, the outdoors and running.

Taylor E. Morgan, Esq.


Taylor joined SekellaLaw, PLLC in September, 2021. Her great compassion, communication skills, and legal mind are a few of her top qualities that contribute to her solutions-oriented approach for each and every case. While attending law school to gain practical litigation skills, she graduated Cum Laude and with Distinction in the Trial & Appellate Advocacy concentration from Suffolk University Law School in Boston, MA. A few of her proud moments from law school include arguing a case in the Massachusetts Appeals Court and serving as a MA Rule 3:03 Student Juvenile Defense Attorney. During her first few months at the Firm, she served as Second Chair to Attorney Heather Sekella for a multi-day divorce trial on the Complex Case Docket. As a New Hampshire licensed attorney serving the greater Manchester area, she looks forward to assisting you in your family law matters.

Amanda's career in the legal field as both a paralegal and law firm administrator spans just shy of 20 years.   She has extensive experience working for family law firms in New Hampshire and Massachusetts and has been with SekellaLaw, PLLC since 2015 initially as a paralegal, but with the growth of the Firm has transitioned to an administrative role to meet the needs of the Firm.  She is also a licensed New Hampshire realtor assisting local buyers and sellers of real estate and offers consultation services for a variety of different needs of individual clients and businesses.

Jessica Fudala - Paralegal

Jessica is a graduate of Hesser College and holds an Associates Degree in Paralegal Studies. Jessica has 13 years of experience in family, criminal and personal injury law in New Hampshire. The combination of her experience, easy going personality and professionalism allows her to assist the attorneys with bringing the best possible service to our clients. Jessica is a lifelong resident of New Hampshire and in her free time enjoys spending quality time with her husband and son.

Teri attended Hesser College and holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Management, she is also currently enrolled at the University of Massachusetts for her Paralegal Certificate. Teri has over 4 years of experience working for family law firms in New Hampshire & Massachusetts. In addition to her experience, she is hard-working and able to assist the attorneys in any way necessary and loves how every day is different. In her free time, Teri enjoys traveling and experiencing new things.

Megan Smith - Financial Administrator

Megan brings more than 30 years of financial and business consulting experience to her role.

Megan holds a BS in Business Administration with a concentration in accounting from the University of Central Florida and a Master's in Business Administration from the University of Tampa. Megan is a licensed Certified Public Accountant in the state of Florida.

Megan's years of experience in accounting services, budgeting, forecasting and financial statement analysis make her a valuable asset to the firm. She keeps her focus on the client financials and allows our team to concentrate on the law. Her honesty, integrity and professionalism are qualities many of our clients and vendors appreciate.

Megan has gained extensive accounting experience in a variety of roles as senior accountant, auditor, manager of accounting, and Controller for various manufacturing companies located in Florida. Her past employers include Pepsi-Cola and Compass Group.

She has expertise in small business consulting and implementing computerized accounting systems as well as comprehensive knowledge of financial statement and tax preparation.
